Water

The Brazilian Ministry of Health recommends:
• Use treated or boiled and filtered water for drinking, cooking and making beverages.
• Drink at least two liters (six to eight cups) of water per day. Drink water preferably between meals.
• Offer water to children and elderly individuals throughout the day. They need to be encouraged to drink water.
